Email deliverability
June 2026
Deliverability is whether your email reaches the inbox at all. A campaign can have great copy and still fail if the messages land in spam, because a message nobody sees cannot book a meeting.
Three things decide it: the technical setup of your sending domains, your sender reputation over time, and the quality of the list you send to.
What healthy setup looks like
Dedicated sending domains, authentication through SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, a warm-up period before real volume, and a clean, verified list. Skip any one of these and placement suffers. This is the unglamorous part of cold email that decides whether the visible part works.
